Robert G. Berry

I have been licensed to practice law in Nevada since 1963. I am formerly a senior partner of Laxalt & Berry. I am an experienced business owner, gaming entrepreneur, land use developer and litigator. I am a founding developer of Wendover, the first city incorporated in Nevada in the last 100 years.

I assist the firm in complex business matters, with a special focus on negotiation, mediation and other models of alternative dispute resolution. For parties that are not represented by the firm, I am available to act as a mediator and to provide dispute resolution services in business cases, tort actions, marital dissolutions and any other type of dispute or conflict.
